2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every Nanoleaf product is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's Covered: Defective LED panels or bulbs, controller or power supply failure, connectivity issues caused by hardware defects, non-functional mounting hardware.
What's Not Covered: Physical damage from drops or misuse, water or liquid damage, modifications or unauthorized repairs, normal wear on mounting adhesives.
60-Day Return Policy
Return any product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

FAQ
All current Nanoleaf light panels, bulbs, and lightstrips are compatible with Apple HomeKit. You can control them with Siri, add them to automations, and include them in scenes through the Apple Home app.
No hub required. Nanoleaf products connect directly to your Wi-Fi network using the Nanoleaf App. Products with Thread built in can also act as Thread border routers for other smart home devices.
It depends on the product line. Shapes supports up to 500 panels on a single layout. Lines can connect up to 18 light bars per controller. Check each product page for specific limits.
Yes. Nanoleaf panels integrate with Corsair iCUE and Razer Chroma for real-time screen mirroring and game-reactive lighting. The Desktop App enables Screen Mirror on both macOS and Windows.
Thread is a low-power mesh networking protocol for smart home devices. Most current Nanoleaf products include Thread border routers built in, which improves reliability and response times for your entire smart home.
Nanoleaf panels use removable mounting tape. Apply on clean, smooth surfaces. When removing, pull the tape tab slowly at a 45-degree angle. Avoid textured wallpaper or freshly painted surfaces (wait 30 days after painting).
Yes. The Nanoleaf App includes a built-in Rhythm module that reacts to ambient sound. You can also use the Desktop App's music visualizer for a more advanced, frequency-based sync.
Yes. Nanoleaf was one of the first companies to support Matter. Products with Thread support are Matter-compatible and can be controlled through any Matter-certified app or platform.
Firmware updates are delivered through the Nanoleaf App. When an update is available, you'll see a notification in the app. Updates install over Wi-Fi and typically take 2–10 minutes.

Troubleshooting Tips
Panels not pairing? Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on and the controller is in pairing mode (hold the power button for 5 seconds).
Wi-Fi connection drops? Ensure your router supports 2.4 GHz — Nanoleaf products don't connect to 5 GHz networks.
Firmware update stuck? Keep the app open and the device powered on. Large updates can take up to 10 minutes.
Panels showing wrong colors? Check for a firmware update in the Nanoleaf App under Device Settings → Firmware.
Adhesive not sticking? Clean the wall surface with rubbing alcohol before applying. Works best on smooth, painted surfaces.
