No. Replacement parts and accessories are available for select Nanoleaf products. Current offerings include controllers, processors, power supplies, linkers, mounting accessories, and select installation components for products such as Shapes (White and Black), Elements, Blocks, Lines, 4D, and limited Lightstrip accessories. If you can't find the part you need, contact our Customer Experience team and we'll check whether it is available through our warranty inventory.
Can I use these accessories with older Nanoleaf products?
Compatibility varies by product family and generation. While some accessories work across multiple Nanoleaf products, others are designed for specific models only. Accessories and replacement parts are no longer available for the Original Nanoleaf Light Panels (Aurora).
Can I use third-party power supplies or replacement parts?
For the best performance and safety, we recommend using genuine Nanoleaf accessories and replacement parts. Third-party components may not meet the required electrical or performance specifications and could affect functionality, safety, or warranty coverage.
Can I expand my existing Nanoleaf setup with these accessories?
Yes. Many Nanoleaf accessories are designed to help you expand, repair, or customize your lighting installation. Depending on the product, you can add compatible power supplies, controllers, linkers, extension cables, splitters, or mounting accessories to support larger and more customized layouts.
Are power supplies region-specific?
Yes. Plug-in power supplies are available with regional plug types, including Type A, Type C, Type G, and Type I. Be sure to select the correct plug type and wattage for both your country and your compatible Nanoleaf product.
How do I pair a replacement controller?
Remove the old controller from both your Nanoleaf App and your installation before pairing the replacement. Make sure you're using the latest version of the Nanoleaf App, Bluetooth is enabled, and your mobile device is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (where applicable). Once the controller's LED becomes solid, follow the in-app pairing instructions. If the controller does not enter pairing mode, perform a reset and try again.
Will the included mounting tape damage my walls?
When applied and removed correctly, Nanoleaf mounting tape is designed to remove cleanly without damaging properly prepared painted walls. Results may vary depending on factors such as paint quality, whether the paint has fully cured, wall surface condition, adhesive removal technique, humidity, and other environmental conditions. Always follow the installation and removal instructions for the best results.
Can I install these accessories myself?
Most Nanoleaf accessories, including controllers, plug-in power supplies, linkers, extension cables, splitters, and mounting components, are designed for easy installation. Hardwired products, such as in-wall power solutions, should be installed in accordance with local electrical codes and may require a qualified electrician.
